Change

When the CI update field is set to yes in a change form, a work order form should be generated, this is not happening, any ideas

hi,
you have a proble on your hand.
Use web-api - the aesy way to do this. or you can create UI rule + Smart Action with SD_Dataform where you are can set obligatory parameters.

Just add to this,select rule category as alert and provide condition as "CI update equals yes".

This will work perfect.
