Change shortcut name?

Hi

We are going to start working with the "Incident" module on our HPOV SD 4.5 system.
To avoid misunderstanding with the ITIL term "incident", which can be applied as a service call category, we want to change the Incident shortcut name to System Incidents.
Can't find out how to do this. Any idea?

Hi Carlos,

Do an advanced find (F2) and search for "Incident" within Label Text. Then double click
at the row that say (col1)Incident (col2) Incident and check that the Label category is "Application".
Change the label text to "System incident" and then save&close. Restart client application to get the new configuration...
