Re: Change in view fields of related Change and Incidents
For related Changes / Problems / Incidents / Service Calls, the view shown is the user's default view for the item. So if a user's default Change view is "All Open Changes", the fields displayed in a Related Changes view will be the fields specified in the "All Open Changes" view.
So, ensure your default view for Incident has the fields you wish to see in the Related Incident view. But be aware if a user has changed their default view to something else (eg Incidents grouped by Status), that is the view they will see when looking at Related Incidents.
