Change in the time in SD client

Hi there,

We are using SD 4.5(SP9). In our client side when we select the planned date/time or any date/time field the time is showing 5.30 hrs added to the given time.

Why there is a change in time? Can anyone help on this?

Hi,

Check the timezone of the Client Service Desk Client user settings. This is where the timezone will be used.
