Change date field operator for UI Rule?

I would like to create a rule so that if a user attempts to open a closed ticket, whose Actual Finish is more than 6 weeks ago (for example), the user will receive a user notification instructing to open a new ticket. I find there is no such operator available. You can only select from >=2yrs, >=2yr, >=6mo, or static dates etc.
Is there anyway for this operator field to be customized so I can select my own desired time frame?
