Change More users

Change More users

We need to send and email to stakeholders who want to be kept in the loop but are not needed to authorise any change. I can use the more tab and external email for 1 person but cannot use for any more. Any ideas how I would do this?

I can give you 2 suggestions:

1. use custom field workgroup if it is not used yet and create workgroup for stakeholders. Send e-mail to workgroup.
2. Do it out side the Service Desk - we are using mailing lists for that. create mailing list for stakeholders and than you can use one e-mail address from Service Desk.

What version of SD?

I would built a smart action with the stakeholders placed in a distribution list. At any time you could use the action menu to send. Let me know if you need help building.
