Change Management - CAB for mutiple locations

We have change management currently running in one site and need to expand to other locations under the same process, tool and cab. How do you handle cab meetings?

hi canwest,

We have a special tie lie created (by our telco/switch which remote users can ring. We use this for problem management as well. We can also make use of video conferencing, but you need one of the special rooms. Also send the FSC out + make use of email and tool. And CM to to ensure invites sent and phones booked.

Hi,

as said already send out the FSC in advance and have a phone line set up so people can dial in and represent the changes during a phone conversation.

If your not there on the call or do not have someone represent your change you can say that it will no tbe guaranteed an approval decision on that cab.
