Change Closure Code - Which SQL table to look ?

Hi there,

does anyone know where in the HP SD SQL Table can the Change Closure Code be found ?

you will find it in itsm_codes referenced by
table itsm_changes field cha_closurecode

but which field to take ?
What I get from CHA_CLOSURECODE is a number, and I don´t which field from ITSM_CODES to get the information.

There are several different was to query for the closure code textr. These are some examples.

SELECT cdl_name FROM itsm_codes, itsm_codes_locale, itsm_changes WHERE cha_closurecode = cod_oid AND cdl_cod_oid = cod_oid;

or

SELECT cdl_name FROM itsm_codes_locale, itsm_changes WHERE cha_closurecode = cdl_cod_oid;

or Service Desk has defined views that you can query.

SELECT closure_code FROM V1033_CHANGE;

Looking at the thread ivans referenced. You might want to use the view for your queries.

exmaple:

select closure_code, status from V1033_CHANGE;

should show the closure code and status of all change records.
