Change Approval Email is not working

Hi All,
I have made a workgroup which includes all the managers which are suppose to approve the change, but when i select that workgroup as a approver workgroup. They are not receiving any emails. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Do they have related checkbox set in their properties?

Hi there,
To expand a bit on the previous response:

To receive an email all the group members must have the "send me an email if I need to approve an item" checkbox set.

You can add this field to a view and so easily check if they have it - and update all to set if they have not.
