Carrige return value

I was trying to do a Data Exchange in HPSD 4.5 using a XML file. I wanted to know if we could get the data in the client on separate lines. For example I have an XML as below:

Test1--610 Test2--CALL10136 Test3--2007/07/02 17:19:13

this would return a value in the HPSD client as below in one text field:
Test1--610 Test2--CALL10136 Test3--2007/07/02 17:19:13

I wanted to know if we could get the values on a new line as below:
Test1--610
Test2--CALL10136
Test3--2007/07/02 17:19:13

Basically I wanted to know if we could pass a carriage return character through the XML which would display the values in a new line on the HPSD client.

Re: Carrige return value

Did you try to use just:

Test1--610
Test2--CALL10136
Test3--2007/07/02 17:19:13

?
Or you meant exactly this in your question?

Re: Carrige return value

Helo Krishna,

I've got the same question.
Do you already have a solution?

If the xml is like this:

Test1--610
Test2--CALL10136
Test3--2007/07/02 17:19:13

,it will appear in the gui with no line break.

There are Threads which discribe how to change the "symbol" at the DB (but I can't find the thread).

How should the .xml looks like to import the line breaks (carriage return)?

Thank you.

Re: Carrige return value

Hi
In ini file set splitter between words: Test1--610 #enter# Test2--CALL10136.
After file will be created replace #eneter# on .
