Cannot save some property settings in a chart view
When I create a new chart view via the system admin console (Tools/System/Presentation/Views/Service Call), some of the changes I make to the default property settings are not saved. If I close and re-open the service desk client the newly created chart view does not display as I intended. I have attached an image to help describe my problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or have a suggestion to resolve this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known bug of SD. This and some other issues don`t saved properly to chart views. We have SP19 but this problem is not solved yet. The only workaround is to use other reporting tool such as Crystal Reports.
