Cannot load Oracle DLL

Hi,

I am a just a greenhorn when it comes to AssetCenter so the below problem is one of the many that I am currently facing :)

I am trying to run an AssetCenter4.4.1 installation running on one of one of the production boxes which I am going to support in the future. But when I try to login to AssetCenter, it gives me following error:

"Cannot load Oracle DLL (oraclient10.dll, oraclient9.DLL, ORACLIENT8.DLL, ORA805.DLL, ORA804.DLL, ORA803.DLL, ORA73.DLL)"

Oracle 10g Client is already installed on the box and the TNSNAMES entries are properly configured.

Could you please let me know how to go about resolving this?

Anupam,

Rule 1: post your question on the right forum.

This forum only concerns OpenView Service Desk, not Service Center and Asset Center.

I have posted this question on the AssetCenter forum which is more apt and hence closing the thread on the Service Desk forum.
