Anyway i just reported by one of servicedek agent that they cannot close the ticked. Said the item had been changed by system or other user, the differences have to be merged. (attached the screenshot)
but unfortunately I cannot merge and still cannot close this ticket.
Export-problem: I have the same problem - I use HTML - this is OK.
Merge problem: I have the same problem. In my case its was Assignment; Assignment status = NEW. 1) I opened and closed those ticket without changing -> the assignment status goes to ACCEPT. 2) Then I can open, modify, save the ticket without MERGE-problems.
My workaround: change the assignment status before saving the ticket via UI-rule. Disadvantage: Notification can't work correctly.
If rule-debugging is enabled then this happens less then rule-debugging is disabled.
