When I try to delete one template, Service Desk tells me I have some related Service Calls. I cannot find the "Template" field in the Service Calls to include in a form or to make an "update all". Is there another way to update this info?
Once you have saved a record you cannot alter the template and so you cannot remove the references and delte the template.
You can get round this by any or all of: 1. Remove the template from all roles that have access to it 2. alter its name to something like "DO NOT USE" 3. put it in a template category called "DO NOT USE"
