Can we stop the clock for status On hold.

Using SD 4.5 with sp14.In my environment, actual duration is actual finish-actual Start
and using status "On Hold" for tickets. is it possible to reduce that duration during which ticket was on Hold from actual duration.

01. Have you tried using the option "Accountable" ?? Will that resolve your issue ?

02. If not, create couple of fields, which will be updated by a UI rule, when the status changes, and another filed (duration) to keep adding the non-accountable time. Then reduce this from your actual duration

03. Touch the back end (trickyâ ¦ and you need some one how really knows how & what)
