Can't select Configuration Items and Services in Service Pages

Hi,

I've made an account for the Service Pages. It works fine. But the user can't select a Configuration Item or a Service in the drop down list, because it is empty. (see attachment)

When an support engineer logs in on te service pages, the drop down lists doesn't show alle the CI and services that are insert in the CMDB and SLM.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

You check to CI for an support enginner and in the template ServicePages set up default value for CI and Service.

Hi Joost,

As far as I know a SP account only sees the Services which they receive via an SLA and the CIs where they are a user of the CI.
