Caller underlined at new Servicecall creation

Hi there !

Sometimes I have problems when I try to create a new servicecall in HPOV Servicedesk 4.5.

Normally my entry is in big letters and when I press enter, I get a choose of persons on which I try to create a servicecall.

But often, my entry is underlined and in small letters I have no chance to get access to person Searchcode.
So I have to close the ticket and retry (often restart of whole SD Client).

Anyone an idea ?

Horst,

The Search field was probably changed in the Administrator Console for the Person entity.

Do you connect to different systems with the same SD client?
