Caller & Oragnization Details are not reflected in Service Call

Hi,

we are using SD 4.5 with SP17.A few of our users are facing this problem that when ever they register a Service call via Service Pages . these Fields doesnot reflect on Service call .i.e. Oragnization Detail & Caller Name .
please guide .

Hi Adeel,

Have you checked in the person record in person database if the mentioned fields are filled-up ?

Hi Adeel,
As Rajesh pointed out, you should ensure that each service page account is mapped to a Person record. Person and Organization name should be specified in this Person record.

The problem solved by mapping the proper SP Accont with Person Page.
