Calculating time spent on open Service Calls (SD45)
I would like to calculate the time spent on open Service Calls, from time registered to "present time". These are Service Calls that are not Closed and not bound to a particular Status. I want to make this information available in a view (column).
If a Service Call is registered, the "Registration Created" or "Actual Start" time is set. I would like to calculate the real-time, running time of any Service Call that are not Closed.
I've read through numerous posts on the forum, but all are related to duration, from time registered to time closed.
