CIs used by Service

When selecting a CI on a support request I can narrow the selection by using the pull-down on the CI button and selecting "CIs Used By Service".
When doing a change, the "CIs Used By Service" does not appear when using the pull-down on the CI button. Is there a way to get this to appear on change?

Hello,

This menu appears on Service Calls and Incidents because Service Call & Incidents have a special relation with services and "service" is a field on those entities.

Changes don't even have a service field unless you enable a custom service field.

Thanks, I see that a custom service field was activated for change when APM was applied to our Service Desk database.
