CI used by caller SD 5

Hi
I need to do the following...

When the caller field of the Service Call is filled then I want that Quick View for CI should be limited with the multitude of the CI which are used by caller

We use SD5 sp6 on windows + oracle 9

Hi there,

If you click on the button on the left of Configuration Item there is an option: CIs used by Caller.

Train your staff to use this instead of the Quick View: as far as I know, you cannot stop them using the quick view.

Problem solved
