CI field is not appearing in Incident,Service call in Web Console

Hi,
I am using HPSD 5.0 with SQL 2000.CI(configuration item) field is not appearing in web console for Incidet,Servicecall as well as problem also.
CI is very importanat to my environment.All my escalations are based on CI.It will display in Java client not in Webconsole.

Requesting help on this.

Better to check the roles assigned to the user under SP and SD.

Hi Satish,

Even for system credentials CI is not displaying for Incident/Servicecall.Eventhough i attached CI' to system login.
