CI field empty in service pages

CI field empty in service pages

My problem is that i m not able to see any CI under the drop down menu in the service pages though i hav configured the in the Sd client.

Plz help me!

caller must have assigned CI to view them in SP. Ex. if caller has an assigned PC and mobile phone, he can view them, but he can`t view server CI`s

Hi,

service pages will show the logged in user the CI's that are related to them.
