I was asked by my customer "how turn on extra information for CI?". He sent me printscreen and i was really surprised - there is no extra information under CI field.
I checked all my SD and i have CI field with extra information.
I have no idea how did they turn it off and how turn it on back.

If we speak about some fields missing in customer's form, then check the default CI form used by this customer.
He should have the access rights to the correct form.
If the fields are empty, then check access rights to the corresponding entities.
The quickest way to get into customer's problem is to log into the system using the same account privileges, maybe the problem is there
I have access and i have administrator's account.
Even administrator doesn't see this extra field.
I found solution.Tools - System - Presentation - Search - Service call, Show tab - check box CI.
