CI Affected by outage

Hi, all! I would like to change a default option in SD, but I don't know how to do it.
I have realated a cofiguration item to a workorder. I look at this relation in the workorder's 'CIs/Outage' page. If I click the modify button, I want in the popup window the "Ci Affected By Outage" option to be default.
Can I do it anyway? Could you help me? Fhanks!

Hi there,

You need to set this in a template. Go to Tools>System>Data>Templates> Configuration Item on a work order
and set up a template with the "Ci Affected By Outage" set to Yes and tick (check) the default template box.

Change the default "configuration item on work order" template and check "Ci Affected By Outage".

If there are is no such template, then create one and set it as default.
