CET time minus 2 hours

We setup DB rule by using function 'concatenate' for the automatically added and stored the saving time in the text field. Unfortunately, there shown the current CET time minus 2 hours. It should be stored the real saving time
Could you please investigate?

To re-produce an issue please see below.

1. Create 2 text fields: Communication and Communication Log and add to Form.

2. Create DB rule to copy the information from Communication field to Communication Log field when save and close. Please see below:

When service call is created or modified

where Folder equals BPAORBPA - ArchivedORBPA - Open

AND NOT (Communication (*) is empty)

BPA copy data from communication into communication log (Update Data) Communication Log set to (Concatenate [Communication] With [Communication Log]); Communication Log set to (Concatenate %line.separator% With [Communication Log]); Communication Log set to (Concatenate [Communication] With [Communication Log]); Communication Log set to (Concatenate (Current person) With [Communication Log]); Communication Log set to (Concatenate $DD$/$MM$/$YYYY$ $HH$:$MI$ With [Communication Log]); Communication Log set to (Concatenate %line.separator% With [Communication Log]); Communication set to (Make empty)

3. Re-open the ticket: The information will be shown in Communication Log field with Date/Time and User name who modified the information.

For example: The correct time should be shown 22/10/2008 8:28. Unfortunately, it shown as below in the Communication Log field.

22/10/2008 6:28

Please investigate.

Thank you in advance.

Re: CET time minus 2 hours

Hello,

DB rules are executed at the server side, so only thought that I have in my mind is that you should verify the time settings at your SD application servers, especially the current time and that the system time zone is the same as at your clients.

Hope this helps,
