CC and Bcc in Email notifications

Hi all,

I have done a DB rule to send an email to one person, when a Problem is closed.

So, now, I want to send this email to some people: one in the "To" field, and the other in "CC" field.

I work with Service Desk 4.5, SP 19.

Is is possible to do it, with a DB rule with the action "send an email message"?.

Hello Sonia,

Through DB rules only the "To:" field can be set.

CC and BCC can be set from User using the E-mail Service Call entity (introduced in SP19).
