Boolean fields in service desk

Hi,

System Handle is Service Desk 4.5 with SP1 on windows platform.

We are not able to make boolean type fields manadtory.

Please do let me know how we can do this.

Hi there,
As far as I know, the only other way of making a field mandatory is to use a user notification action on a UI rule - which was introduced at SP7.

So I think your best way forward (in fact only way forward) is to upgrade to SP7 or later (and in fact SP23 is probably the most stable at the moment).

Hello,

Your other option is to use a code field instead. Code fields can be made mandatory.
