Blank ID in window after Save and Close of tickets after 100,000 records logged

Hi All,

We are currently using Service Desk 4.5 SP17. We recently hit the 100,000 ticket mark and now when users Save and Close a ticket the ID # is missing in the Message Box that displays after it is saved for the first time.

I have searched all over and am unable to find any information on this. Are there any patches or hotfixes that address this or is there a setting I am missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

The ID is not missing. The problem is that the contents are too large to fit the popup. This is fixed on a later SP (SP19 if I'm not mistaken)

A quick workaround is to go to advanced find, look for Message Text and search "The %1 has been saved with the ID %2." Modify it (better way is to add a newline using \n).
