Automatically relate CI to incidents

Hi

Whenever any incident comes i hav to relate the CI manually by clicking the search tab and then select but i want them to be there automatically.

Help me.

There are several ways to automate field population in SD. Either through generic relations, rules, templates, web-api. Your choice. It all comes down to what the requirement/condition is.

I think you asked something like this before... you want Service Manager to know what's broken before anyone has reported it broken. Do you have some application that is monitoring the CIs?
