Automated Incident Email notification at the time of registration
Hi All, I'm facing a problem with the automated incident email's generated at the time of registration of an incident. I want to modify the body of this email but i didnt find any database rule or UI rule related to that email notification. How can i check that from where this notification is originating.

If it is created on Incident creation it must be from a DB rule. If the notification is on the assignment, then go to Administrator Console/System Panel/E-Mail and go to "E-mail templates" tab and modify the corresponding template.
