Auto Escalation When Interaction has Breached

Hi,

we are use service manager 7.01.053 in Unix server and it database is in Unix server also ,and we have intergaration with HP operation manager and Active Directory .

We want to able our application to auto escalation when any interaction ticket has breached to incident depeded by the CIs assignment group in our CMDB .
