Attribute Relations.Incident.id not found (Service Desk SD 4.5 SP12)

Hello,

After chanding a system view for Service Calls yesterday, it has had a knock on effect with smart actions between Alerts and Service Calls, particularly with relations.

Upon using the Smart action I receive 2 errors; Attribute 'Relations.Incident.Id' not found and also a second error Java.Lang.Nullpointerexception error.

The Service Call is created but the relation between the alarm and service call is not made.

Has anyone seen this issue previously. If so, any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Peter

I am not sure about the way that you are creating the relation, but sometimes you need to specify both sides of the relation to make it work via smart action.

That is the SC to Alert relation, and its reverse Alert to SC.
