Re: Attachments: java.lang.NullPointerException

Hello,

Is the server defined on System Panel\Attachment Settings available?

Open a command prompt and try to ftp to the server defined there. If this doesn't work you won't be able to have attachments.

Re: Attachments: java.lang.NullPointerException

The solution for this problem was put "/" in the destination folder in attachment setup.

Thanks.
