Attachment - Accept Timed Out

Attachment - Accept Timed Out

Our Service Desk is V4.5 SP24. We have a problem with attachment with an error "Accept Timed Out". This error happens only on one PC but not the others. I did a telnet xxxx 21 and the response is OK and I also did a Test Connection via Service Desk. The attachment is a mail message in RTF format.
Anybody out there with the same problem?

Can u able to do FTP from the desktop ?
Please find attachment.

Check for Firewall setting in desktop system.
Problem relates to desktop system only as other system can able to do FTP.
