Attachment - Accept Timed Out

Our Service Desk is V4.5 SP24. We have a problem with attachment with an error "Accept Timed Out". This error happens only on one PC but not the others. I did a telnet xxxx 21 and the response is OK and I also did a Test Connection via Service Desk. The attachment is a mail message in RTF format.
Anybody out there with the same problem?

One of our users is having the same issue. Any luck figuring out what the issue is?

No clue but you can try and retrieve the file manually from the FTP server and see if it responds with a more verbose error output.
