Attachements (ScreenShots) via Service Pages - What do you think??
I was faced with this several times. So I am polling for opinions.
I don't have a clue why it is not included out-of-the box? It would make sense since it would be the most convenient way to transmit the error message happening on the user screen to the support specialists. I know people are going to say this is included in the web console. But web console means that you would need a license to each end user or concurrent licensing for all.
Please state your opinion about this feature. Do you think it is important? Is it on your wish list? Would you pay for having a feature like this?

Hi Elias - of course this should be a standard feature of web pages. Ridiculous that it is not. However - many users have developed the JSP to add attachments. Even some of the HP tech guys (in Australia) have supplied the code and I would have thought you could get it from the HP account rep? And I'm pretty sure it's on the forums somewhere. If you don't have any luck getting it, I'll see if I can get their agreement to supply it. Regards....Ken.
