Assignment Status Accepted

I remember reading somewhere that when someone opens a Service Call after it is assigned, the Assignment status changes to accepted. Does anyone know where I can find that document? I need to pass that information along to some of my counter parts so that they know that is the way the system is designed.

Hi there,

I think you will find that the Assignment status changes to whatver Assignment status you have checked the Read box (in Tools>system>Data>Codes>General).

If you look for the topic "Accepting or rejecting items" in the help it says how tehse work.
