Assigning to Person and to Workgroup via Update Email

I want to assign tickets to a workgroup/person via a update email. Anyone know if this is possible and if so what the code is

To Workgroup = [Info]
To Person = [Info]

doesn't work. I have tried many things and can't figure out these 2. I have figured out all the other ones. I get the following error message with everything I have tried

The E-mail you sent has not resulted in the registration or update of a Service Call.

The following error(s) occurred:
---------------------------------------------------

To Workgroup = [Info] : Invalid field name
1 Attachment : Validation OK
