Assigned Person in the Service Calls

Can First assigned person see a service call,who was reassigned to Second person?
How can I set up it in View?

Hello Karol,

If the first person is the one who made the assignment and the ticket is not modified after that, then a view having on the filter
"Registration;Modified By" having the criteria "Is Current" should made the job.

However this view will list the items last modified by the current person, so if the new assignee modified the ticket, this will be dissapeared for the view of the first person.

A view that lists service calls that at sometime have passed by the current person is not possible in service calls. However such view is possible in analyzed_data service call, provided of course that the role of the person have rights to view analyzed data.

You could also use assignment: From person which won't be affected in the same way as Modified by (which will be the system admin if a db rule has updated the record.
