Analyzed Data with Support Hours - How can it be achieved?


Data from Analyzed Data is what my customer wants. But Analyzed Data doesn't take into account support Hours (only 24h).So all reports are wrong (SLA violated).
How can I run the same type of reports that Analyzed Data provides by including the support hours?
