Analyzed Data in Service Desk 5.0 - where ? how ?

Hi all,

Have any early adopters of SD5.0 tried working with analyzed data yet ? I have a problem and I'm not sure it's me or SD5.0 !!

I've enabling auditing on status changes and some of the duration / start / finish fields too. I've then enabled analysed data and refreshed all analysed data.

The manual then tells me to "select the analysed data workspace". And that's my problem ! I can't find it.

The workspace doesn't appear either for the system admin account or an account with the "all access" role.

Not only that, but when I look at the Configuration -> Workspaces as sys admin, there is no Analysed Data workspace defined at all.

Have I lost the plot ?

Dave.

Administrator console, Data > Analysed Data

you can find it..

Re: Analyzed Data in Service Desk 5.0 - where ? how ?

See, I knew I'd lost the plot !

I was kind of hoping that SD 5.0 would give us a little more in terms of analysed data reporting but it seems that little, if anything, has changed from 4.5.

Still, I guess its an incentive to buy the SLM module and implement OVPI.

Thanks for reply Hwang, much appreciated.
