Alert Status field get stuck and no Email NOtification for SLA 75%

We have a SLA SET UP WITH Alerts 25%,50%,75%,100% and 125%.

Emails do trigger at 25%,50%,and 125% perfectly.But notifications at 75% is not triggered to almost all users and Alert 100% notifications are triggered for few users and not for few users.Found the schedulers are triggering fine.THE Alert "status" field just stopp gettig updated also.
