hello Ertugrul,

did you succeed to resolve your problem ? I'll upgrade my SD from SP6 to SP12 and I'm worried about having this kind of issues. I'm interested in solutions you could have for it.

regards,

Re: After Upgrade to SP 12 Java Messages

Hello!

the same error after upgrading to SP13.

- clearing server cache and restarting is useless.

Does anybody solve this problem?

P.S.

together with this error DB rules don't work from time to time. Here is description and solution:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=513475

but in our case appserver is starting...

when I checked how many roles 'System' account has in SD, it appeared that 2 roles:
1.System Administrator
2.Auditor

any comments?

Re: After Upgrade to SP 12 Java Messages

hello,

Remove the scheduled task from memory. Is good practise to run the following before the upgrade.

delete from rep_javaobjects
where jav_entity = (
select ent_oid
from ifc_entities
where ent_name = 'Scheduled Tasks');

Also, the role system should be only to one person, the sys admin not to auditor.
run the follwoing sql:
delete from rep_roles_per_account where rpa_acc_oid=1 and rpa_rol_oid<>2;

Re: After Upgrade to SP 12 Java Messages

To Rama:

1. Before upgrade we always remove the scheduled tasks from memory by the script.

2. Regarding System account:
I don't know exactly, but I think that role Auditor was attached by default to System in one of last Service Packs. (May be someone knows exactly in what SP?)

Will it be correct to delete the connection between them by directly by SQL?

Re: After Upgrade to SP 12 Java Messages

hi ertugrul and others,

the issue here is that some code was changed in SP12,whilst trying to fix SLA metrics, which was a different issue in the same class and caused this side effect.

If you have these messages, performance slows down, and even clearing the scheduled tasks does not help.
This problem is overcome in SP14 and beyond.
