Advanced Find Query

Hello,
We are using SD5.1 version and I would like to know if we can restrict the fields in Advanced find option as currently the support team can go into Advanced find and view all the service calls,even though their views is restricted to show only the respective workgroup calls.

'fraid not. VIEWS are convenient but only FOLDERS can prevent things being seen

But - you could CONSIDER changing their ROLE so that their access to Service Call is "View when assigned to group" rather than "View all"
