Advanced Find Error - Unknown Attribute

Receive the following error when relating CIs to a new work order. Follow these steps:
1. Open new work order click "Relate"
2. Search for CIs
3. TRY to add a "blocked" CI
4. Search for CIs
5. TRY adding an active CI (ERROR MESSAGE)

"Query Builder got unknown attribute 21 in where clause. Check mapping for OID on TopEntity."

Re: Advanced Find Error - Unknown Attribute

Hi James,
I think that it is a refresh problem!
Try to do the following:
1. Close your WO after that error. Don't save!
2. Be sure that CI is not "blocked"
3. Open WO again and relate CI after you search for it.
Good luck!
Bets regards,
Dan

Yes, that works but why do you get the error in the first place? It would seem that this is a system error and needs to be looked at. It a CI is blocked, it should give you the error message but then let you add not blocked to the WO with out having to close and reopen the WO.

I think that is a system problem, too!
Kind regards,
