Advanced Filter in SD4.5

Hi,

Working on SD4.5 with SP4.

I am facing the below problems. Pls help resolve:

1. When I am taking a report of all calls logged in the last week through Advanced Filter options using "Registered;Created-Last Week", the data is taken from Last Saturday to Friday. Whereas I require it from Sunday-Saturday or Monday-Saturday.

2. Need clarification to enable clock stop on National Holidays.

Kindly help!!!

Hi,

1) I generally use the IS Betweeen Operator and set it from 00:00 (Day 1) to 23:59 (Day 7) just for better accuracy.

I am not sure if you can change the inbuilt operators.

2) In admin console under the section General (from memory) there is a section called "Free Days" where you can set days to cover bank holidays.

It works well when you have support being provided from 1 country otherwise not so good.
