Administrator Console/Views

HP Service Desk 4.5 - How can I tell which roles are authorized to create views within the Administrator Console?

HI
system views creation allow only by system administrator, by users you can allow Customer views creations.

Thank you. I thought this was the case but I had 2 views created in the System Admin area and all the System Admins said it wasn't theres.

Hi
After system Views was created need add views to role(s), all users belong this role(s) got the view(s),views come in next logon to application Server.
Custome views stored localy in %appdata%\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk\ in views.dat file and save to file after logout.
No more restrictions.
