My customer asked me, if it's possible to have 4 "Service-fields" on the Service Call Object. In each field, they want to fill in different service objects. Is that possible, and if yes, how can this be achieved?

yes, it can be done. Does your customer need an option for 4 extra fields, or one field with a selection of 4 service objects?
Using the administrator console you can add a code field with 4 entries, which translates to a dropdown field once you add it to the form. In the other case, you can add 4 4 fields and add these to the form.
