Added field EMail not visible for Users

Hi there !

I customized my service call (production) field and added the tab EMAIL to protocol all emails that are being sent considering the call.

With admin I can see the tab in the form, but none user.

Any ideas ?

are the other users using the same form where you added the email tab?

Hi,

have you added any activeated fields to the tab?

Have a user clear their cache and then restart their OVSD client.

Have you given the users 'view' permission for the emails.

AdminConsole --> Security --> Access --> Role -->

E-mail Service Call - View

The user needs to restart the client.

Ho Horst,
The things which u have to consider that.
1. IS the users are accessing same form view, where u add the new EMAIL field ?
2. Is the field is activitaed when u create it?

In my case, i have 2 different form views, 1 is for administrator view and other is for Helpdesk form view. Admin form views are access by Engineers and helpdesk are accessing the helpdesk team.

Some of the fields are viewable in admin forms but not in helpdesk form. and vice versa
IS this your case ? If that, then u have to add the email field in the required form view.

I like your way to Close the thread.
In many cases, i found that the author didn't close the thread,

if they close the thread, they didn't mention the solution. U did it.
